 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I have had 4 vehicles serviced by Falk over the past 10 years. Every time, they've been very prompt, helpful, courteous and fairly priced.
A few years ago, my husband's car had been crunched by a deer, and when he traded it in for his current vehicle, the car dealership was VERY impressed by the beautiful workmanship done by Falk Auto Body. They ended up giving us a " never damaged" trade in price, because it looked so flawless!
Today, I stopped in because i'd recently had a run-in with a concrete abutment at the gas station. Bob took a look at it, and quoted me a couple thousand for a new bumper. He saw my disappointment. He then lit up, and asked if I had a few minutes right now to wait. I agreed to his fast-fix version, so he ran back to the shop, came out with a damp cloth, and rubbed out most of the superficial scrapes on the front bumper with lacquer,  for "no charge"! His care and kindness took all of two minutes, and saved me two grand.  (There are still a couple deeper, dark marks that will wait until the next time I mess up!)  I was flabbergasted, and told him his service was as good as "marriage therapy", because it greatly softened the appearance of my mishap!
We are so grateful to be able to trust Bob,  Mike and their entire crew of excellent workers, here in Red Wing.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Needed side panel replaced on drivers seat,it's been discontinued..they replaced the wiring n screwed the panel on..looks awesome, did a great job.
So friendly n helpful.  Had to have my outside mirror replaced ..ordered the part ,n fixed it in no time.

I had just got to red wing and rock hit my windshield and chipped the glass. I stopped into Falk auto glass. Told them I have a heavy work schedule but wanted to see if they could repair the glass before it got worse. They told me to come back the next day when I was free and they would help me. I showed up…they took my truck in right away and made the repair. Greatly appreciated it and highly recommend them. Friendly and knowledgeable!!!
